3. Booking and Cancellations
3.1 Booking Confirmation

3.2 Cancellation Terms
To ensure fairness for both passengers and drivers, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full Refund – For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.
50% Refund – For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
No Refund – For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or in the event of a no-show.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Payment
Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card. All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
